Users now are able to create multiple position openings for each specific job opportunity, which can be created in two different stages within Avionté:
1) When you are initially creating the job and are filling out the designated job tabs. The Job Details tab will now have an area where you can select the open positions for that role. A drop down box will appear and you can select up to 30 open roles. After the job has been created, you will be able to see the number of jobs that are currently open, out of the total number that you have filled. You will also be able to view the candidates that have already filled the positions, including their pay rates and start dates.
2) When the position has already been created and you would like to make edits to the job position count. When this instance occurs; go to the Job Details page and click “Edit” within the Job Details section. It’s important not to forget to select “Save” after the proper adjustments have been made. Once candidates convert to placements, the hired details will soon start filling up.
As you begin filling the positions, each placed candidate for the role will be found under the “Filled” status on the main job board. Each job with multiple openings will reflect the statistics of the Sales and Recruiter reports.
