Users have the ability to extract their search results to an excel spreadsheet.
Activate Extract to Excel in User Account
In order to extract searches to excel, the Avionté system admin needs to grant that user access.
Job Board – Extract to Excel
When you are on the job board you can use the Job Finder to sort your jobs. For example you can select the type of job you are looking for: Contract, Contract to Hire, Permanent or All. Then add a title such as Java Developer. You can also see the jobs that you are an owner of. Once you click submit, your results will return your search criteria. From there you can extract that list from the right hand corner.
Applicant Tracking – Extract to Excel
Once you conduct a search within the Applicant Tracking, you can go to the bottom of the page and click Extract to Excel. You can also now make the page have up to 200 candidates per page on your results therefore allowing for a larger extract.
