"Do Not Place" Enhancements Feature
Benefit: This new field will prevent certain talent from being included in new job pipelines. This feature provides HCM Users with the ability to restrict talent from being hired at specific companies or offices.

Provide Add or Edit Office Address Functionality
Benefit: When users create and edit offices, they can enter the office address. This ensures that an integration with Maximus continues to work and that the offices are accurately defined in the system.
If a user attempts to create a new division without specifying a Department Name, a notification will appear that prevents the user from saving. They will need to specify a department name in order to continue.
If a user attempts to create a division without specifying a FEIN, changes will be saved.
Talent Page: (performance improvement): Prevent talent search from being clicked multiple times in a row to reduce database impact
Benefit: Users will not experience timeouts due to clicking the search button multiple times.
Timesheets – Time value validation of hh:mm or h:mm now enforced; not allowing submission until corrected
Benefit: This feature will prevent invalid time data from getting into the system. Users are now forced to enter time using valid formats, such as [hh:mm] or [h:mm]. If they attempt to enter invalid values, the timesheet will not save. A message is displayed in that case.
Consultant Hours By Date Report: Total Hours Now Rounds Correctly
Benefit: When a user is running the Consultant Hours By Date Report and the total hours are not an event amount, the system will round the total hours to two decimal places.
Reports: Provide UI Feedback When No Rows Are Returned
Benefit: When a user runs a report, the system will provide a response when no data is returned. UI feedback when a report has no associated rows will now read: "This report returned no results. Try adjusting your report criteria and try again." This way users will know if a report ran successfully, avoiding unnecessary retries and confusion about whether a report is working correctly.
