We are enhancing the following additional validation/warnings at a state and country code for Greenshades tax filing:

• Where country code is not equal to the United States (US).
  • • Example Warning Error Type: Employee ID: ### has a Country Code other than USA.
• Where there is no State SUI rate for the effective dates.
  • Example Severe Error Type: Employee ID: ### does not have an active SUI tax rate for MN within the filing period.

We determined that, when running the Greenshades Feed & XML, users should receive a warning if there are employees on the file where the country code is not equal to "US."

We also determined that, when running the Greenshades Feed & XML, users should receive a hard stop if there are employees that are missing state on their address.

Thanks to this enhancement, these messages will alert customers to potential data issues that can interfere with their Greenshades filings.
