Effective this week, Avionté will be making updates to the ticket submission form available to authorized users when submitting a support ticket or training request ticket in the Support Center. The updated ticket form will allow our teams to better capture the ticket urgency by adding and modifying a couple of fields on the form such as business impact and product category. We look forward to better servicing tickets with valuable information that will provide better ticket routing and increased visibility of ticket urgency.

E-VERIFY UPDATE

We are happy to share that the USCIS has released its latest update, v31. Avionté will incorporate these changes within our E-Verify integration in BOLD, Classic, and Aero. By implementing the latest E-Verify update, we will continue to provide a compliant solution giving you the tools to quickly E-Verify your talent directly from Avionté.

The v31 update contains four feature enhancements to our existing E-Verify integrations.

  • A new case cannot be issued for a talent if the talent already has an open E-Verify case issued within the last 365 days.
  • A new case can be issued for a talent if the talent has existing closed cases that were issued within the last 365 days, but the recruiter will be required to provide a “Reason for Duplicate Case Submittal” before submitting the new case.
  • An open case can now be closed from Avionté if it’s in a Scan & Upload status.
  • For a case in a Tentative Non-Confirmation status, in order for the recruiter to indicate that the talent wishes to take action to resolve the E-Verify case, the recruiter is required to download the Further Action Notice document first.

With development already underway, we will have the update released by March 31, 2022 and we’ll be working with E-Verify to migrate all clients to the new version. More details and information to come as we get closer to the release date.
