TIP OF THE WEEK
FILTER ONBOARDING TASKS
Four different statuses are used in AviontéBOLD to filter tasks and eDocs.

SENT - This task or eDoc has been sent to the talent user and is awaiting completion.
COMPLETE - This task or eDoc has been sent and has been completed by all required parties. No further action is necessary.
ACTION REQUIRED - This task or eDoc has been sent and needs some sort of recruiter action to continue, such as a needed signature.
REJECTED - A task or eDoc can be rendered rejected by a user action (ex: I-9 Rejection) or by the system (ex: unrecoverable Adobe e-document). If caused by a system issue, such as an Adobe processing error, the document must be manually resent by the recruiter.

EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2022 FOR DESOTO, TX

This ordinance requires eliminating the criminal history questions on all initial job applications. Eligible DeSoto businesses are prohibited from including a question about criminal history on initial job applications.

2022 IRS MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT

2022 IRS mileage reimbursement rates for businesses, individuals,
and other organizations

58.5 cents per mile driven for business use. This is an increase of 2.5 cents from the 2021 rate.
18 cents per mile driven for medical or moving purposes for qualified active-duty members of the Armed Forces. This is up by 2 cents from the 2021 rate.
14 cents per mile driven in service of charitable organizations. Because the rate is set by statute it hasn’t changed from the 2021 rate.
