JOB SEARCH: INCREASED RESULTS PER PAGE

We've improved the recruiter experience in AviontéBOLD by increasing the number of results returned in a job search from 20 to 50. This improvement in efficiency means you now have up to 50 results per job search. We will explore expanding this further in the future.

This feature is automatically live in your environment; there should be nothing required to start seeing these additional results in your job searches.

COMPLIANCE CORNER

E-VERIFY RELEASES NEW CASE FEATURES

Users can now close a case from the document upload page in E-Verify by providing one of the following reasons:

• The information entered was not correct;
• The employee voluntarily quit working for the employer; or
• Other (full explanation required in text box).

E-Verify also added a requirement to download the Further Action Notice before referring a case. This will ensure E-Verify users correctly process Tentative Nonconfirmation cases.

PAYCHECK FEES REIMBURSEMENT

Washington House Bill 1794, signed by Governor Jay Inslee on March 11, 2022, will become effective June 9, 2022. It requires an employer to reimburse an employee for fees charged when a paycheck is dishonored by non-acceptance or non-payment.
