Contact Details & Results allows administrators to create custom metadata options that sales and account management teams can select when logging Contact Activities and Tasks. Instead of relying solely on free-form notes, your team can tag activities with structured, reportable details that align with your organization's sales processes.
Once configured, a searchable Details/Results dropdown will appear whenever users log or edit Contact Activities and Tasks.

This is listed on the Contact Record > Activities tab and Tasks tab.
- Click on Account & Settings.

- Please note, the name is limited to 50 characters.

Actions and Filters
Actions
Each item in the Contact Details & Results list has two available actions in the Actions column:
-
Edit (pencil icon) – Update the name of the item.
-
Archive/Restore (archive icon) – Archive an active item to hide from users logging a new Activity or Task for a Contact. Restore an archived item to make it visible again to end users.
You will be prompted to confirm before archiving or restoring the item.
Search and Filter
Use the Search bar and Filter button in the top right to manage your list of items.
-
Search – Type to find a specific item by name.
-
Filter – Defaults to showing Active Items only. Adjust the filter to show Active Items, Archived Items, or both.
