Config Option - GSACA_FEINIsSelflnsured - Supplier Property

The GSACA_FEINIsSelflnsured property indicates if the supplier is offering self-insured coverage. This affects the generation of the 1095-C form, and the population of data in Part III of 1095-C

Note: This is a supplier-level value only.
