Report Description
The Assignment AQ displays all employees that are assigned to an active assignment.
The report includes any assignment that was active at any point during the date range you enter. An assignment appears in results if:
- Its Start Date falls on or before the end of your date range
- Its End Date falls on or after the start of your date range, or it has no end date (meaning the assignment is still open)
For example, if you run the report for 01/01/2026 through 03/30/2026: an assignment that started 12/01/2025 and ended 01/15/2026 would appear, as it was active during part of that range. An assignment that ended 12/31/2025 would not.

| Last Paid Date | Assignment last check date. Find the List of checks which are linked with transaction related to the Assignment. The Last Paid Date is the maximum check date value among the checks related to the assignment. |
