Standard AQ - Employee Payroll Data – Partner Quote AQ

The Employee Payroll Data – Partner Quote AQ is a standard Advanced Query report in Avionté Classic that consolidates employee payroll data and tax setup information into a single, check-level export. Use it to compile and share employee payroll details with external partners for quoting purposes, without pulling from multiple sources or reformatting exports manually.

Report Description

The Employee Payroll Data – Partner Quote AQ returns one row per paycheck for each employee within the selected check date range. Each row combines paycheck totals (gross, deductions, taxes) with the employee's tax setup (W-4 type, federal filing status, state filing status), giving external partners a complete picture of payroll obligations in a single export.

The report includes a Grand Summaries row at the bottom showing totals for GrossAmount, TotalDeductions, and TotalTaxes across all returned records.
