  • Seamless integration with document management, making it easy to send and receive documents from employees without leaving Avionté.
  • Emailed notifications to talent for when documents are available for them to complete.
  • In-app tracking for users to monitor the completion of documents.
  • Auto-fill information, directly from Avionté into your documents, or pull important information from the documents, directly into Avionté!

Creating A New Reusable Document Template in Adobe Sign

Adobe Sign allows the creation of reusable document templates that can be sent to multiple talent and used in conjunction with Bold front office.

For a detailed walkthrough on how to create a new template in Adobe Sign, please see the Adobe Help Center article on that topic here: Create and Manage Document Templates

The most important thing to remember when creating a document for use in Bold is to ensure you have selected "Reusable document" as the Template Type and "Any user in my organization" for who can use the template.

Mapping Overview

To connect a field in an e-signature document with Avionté, follow the instructions below.

  1. If the field is already present on the document, left click on a field in the document within Adobe.
  2. Click the option Customize Field at the bottom of the drop-down menu.

  3. In the menu that will open on the left side of the page, use the field name field to change the name of the field to the appropriate mapping phrase (mappings can be found in below article).

Note: The field name needs to appear exactly as it does in the Mapping Key, including the case and spaces, so the best practice is to copy/paste from the key provided below
  4. Click the arrow in the upper left to return to the document and repeat steps 1-3 for any fields that already exist within the document.
  5. If you need to add a field that is not already present, click the type of field you would like to add in the left-hand frame of the main document page. For example, for this document we need to add a field for the talent's last name, so we would select Text here.
  6. Drag and drop the field to the correct location on the document. Once added, repeat steps 1-3 with the field(s) you have manually added to map them.

Note: Image upload areas can be inserted into Adobe Sign documents as a data type. For more information, please reference the Adobe Sign Resource Center - Add Image Fields to Forms
