This existing feature enhancement allows more granularity on the New & Custom Filled Job Requirements that allows specific document types to be designated as required for "all jobs" or "contract only" placement types. |
| Why did we do that? |
Clients requested that some Talent Document Types be set as a requirement for Contract Roles. When they are selected/uploaded manually, this requirement can be applied. |
| Why does this matter to you, as a client/customer/user? |
In a scenario where a client is looking to require a Talent Document Type for Contract placements, a document needs to be marked as Signed on a talent's profile before starting a contract role, but that document does not need to be completed to start a permanent role.
When an HCM User goes to either the New Filled Job Requirements Widget or Custom Filled Job Requirements, they have two selections next to each Document Type for requirement options:

This enhancement is generally available to all BOLD HCM Users. No additional configuration is needed to begin using the enhancement.
