Why did we do that?

The ROE feed option for Daily Pay is available so that the ROE can be compliant in accordance with Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) compliance.

What is the new feature?

We added the ability to attach multiple documents at once in the Time Entry Sheet view

Why did we do that?

This enhancement makes the process of attaching multiple documents more efficient in the Time Entry Sheet view.

When accessing the Time Entry Context Menu and selecting Attach Document, you can now select more than just one document.

What is the new feature?

We added the option of Order Type to be available in the Time Entry Sheet view

Why did we do that?

The column of Order Type is now available in the Field Chooser, and when selected will display the column of Order Type to display the Order Type associated with the transaction.

This option will allow the transactions to be filtered by specific order types.

What is the new feature?

We have updated the Philadelphia COVID Sick leave plan

Why did we do that?

To adhere to Philadelphia Compliance.

• Employees who work fewer than 40 hours per week receive an amount equal to the amount of time they are scheduled to work or actually work on average in a 7-day period, whichever is greater, unless the employer provides a greater amount.
• Employees whose weekly schedule varies receive the average number of daily hours that the employee was scheduled over the past 90 days of work, including hours for which the employee took leave of any type, multiplied by 7.

What is the new feature?

We have enhanced the application to ensure that the Talent’s Tax Statement remains to display the Social Security Number [SSN] and Social Insurance Number [SIN] in the Classic Talent Portal

Why did we do that?

Typically, the Social Security and Social Insurance numbers are masked for security.

This enhancement allows the talent to print their tax statements from their Classic Talent Portal with the full Social Security or Social Insurance numbers displayed.

What is the new feature?

We enhanced the General Ledger (GL) Account Mapping tab by adding pagination

Why did we do that?

By adding paginations, it will reduce the occurrence of time-outs when there is a large amount of data.

You can now define how many rows to display per page with the options of 50, 100, or 500.

What is the new feature?

We enhanced Create Transaction functions by adding the capture of AssignmentScheduleCommissionUser data

Why did we do that?

This data can be used to more accurately determine the details of the Commission Split Report.

What is the new feature?

We updated the mapped value options in Mapping Type Data in Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Report Mapping

Why did we do that?

The mapped value options have been changed to actively reflect industry-standard naming conventions.
