Ready for Mobile?

Imagine what would happen to your staffing business if your biggest competitor deployed a mobile talent platform that allowed candidates to quickly find and self-select for the best temporary work opportunities that fit their skills and schedules. Those candidates wouldn’t have to navigate to a website or wait for a recruiter’s phone call. Server Upgrade for CLASSIC

Avionté has begun moving our CLASSIC platform to Windows 2019. The 2019 migration provides significant security improvements and is a critical precursor step for moving all CLASSIC components to the cloud.

A small percentage of our customers may still be using unsupported vendor operating systems such as Windows Server 2008R2 to access Avionte systems. If you have servers running 2008R2 OS, you will need to work with your IT provider to upgrade this server, or connect via another server using a supporting operating system. 

If you do not have equipment using a compatible operating system, you may request a short term delay of your CLASSIC upgrade for up to 30 days (June 15^th) while you complete the upgrade of your equipment.

E-VERIFY v31 UPDATES

AviontéCLASSIC – Self-Hosted Clients

The deploy of the CLASSIC April release allows for our self-hosted clients to get the v31 E-Verify update by requesting the April Avionté upgrade. Self-hosted clients using the E-Verify integration will need the upgrade before May 31^st to avoid a prolonged integration service disruption. To schedule your upgrade of Avionté and E-Verify v31, please create an upgrade request ticket in the Support Center.

AviontéAERO

E-Verify upgrade for AviontéAERO is scheduled for May 18^th,  going through the morning of Thursday, May 19^th. To ensure preparedness for the upgrade, please sign into the Support Center and review the upgrade plan and expectations found here: E-Verify v31 Client Upgrade Plan and Expectations. Should Aero users have questions about the migration, we request that you please comment on the ticket that was created for you.
