Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is an authentication method that requires the user to provide two forms of identity verification before they’re allowed to log in to a website or application. Our MFA solution offers an additional layer of security beyond passwords. It can provide you peace of mind that unauthorized access to your BOLD environment will be minimized.

END USER LICENSING AGREEMENT
On June 1, 2022, Avionte will be implementing the End User Licensing Agreement (EULA). The EULA notifies all direct users of BOLD and CLASSIC of the appropriate standards for keeping their credentials safe and secure. It also notifies them of the appropriate steps to take in the event a suspected breach has occurred.
The EULA does not apply to Talent portal logins.
This practice has been put in place to protect your end users, you as an employer, and Avionte, ensuring we support our SOC 2 – Type 2 accreditation process.
What will this mean to you as the end user?
When logging in to the BOLD and CLASSIC platforms, you will be asked to agree to the EULA
During this time, the EULA can be viewed by selecting the link provided on the login screen
All end users will be provided 3 attempts to agree to the EULA
If after the third attempt, the end user does not agree to the EULA, they will not be locked out; however, they will not be able to log on to the platform
Once the end user has agreed to the EULA, the prompt will not be required again unless it is updated in the future
To avoid any delays in accessing the platform on June 1, 2022, we encourage you to review the EULA.

The deploy of the Classic April release allows for our self-hosted clients to get the v31 E-Verify update by requesting the April Avionté upgrade. Self-hosted clients using the E-Verify integration will need the upgrade before 5/31/2022 to avoid a prolonged integration service disruption. To schedule your upgrade of Avionté and E-Verify v31, please create an upgrade request ticket in the Support Center.
AviontéAERO
