Clients have requested the ability to send out notifications or broadcast messages to users in the BOLD system, including to the Talent Portals and/or Contact Portals. In response, we have built an Announcements feature. Announcements can be broadcast to HCM Users, Talent Users, Hiring Manager Users, or any combination of the three.

END USER LICENSING AGREEMENT
On June 1, 2022, Avionté will be implementing the End User Licensing Agreement (EULA). The EULA notifies all direct users of BOLD and CLASSIC of the appropriate standards for keeping their credentials safe and secure. It also notifies them of the appropriate steps to take in the event a suspected breach has occurred.
The EULA does not apply to Talent portal logins.
This practice has been put in place to protect your end users, you as an employer, and Avionte, ensuring we support our SOC 2 – Type 2 accreditation process.
What will this mean to you as the end user?
When logging in to the BOLD and CLASSIC platforms, you will be asked to agree to the EULA
During this time, the EULA can be viewed by selecting the link provided on the login screen
All end users will be provided 3 attempts to either "Agree" or "Skip" the EULA
Users that do not not agree to the EULA after the third attempt will lose the ability to "Skip" and must agree to the EULA in order to log in
Once the end user has agreed to the EULA, the prompt will not be required again unless it is updated in the future
To avoid any delays in accessing the platform on June 1, 2022, we encourage you to review the EULA.
