What is the new feature?

We enhanced the AR Post Payment batch to hold the Default values entered for Check #, Received Date, and Post Date

Why did we do that?

This will allow you to exit AR Post Payment. When you go back to an active batch, the default values entered will be retained.

This enhancement enables additional synchronization between front and back office regarding where OT plans are set.

This came up as a cross-functional item when the OT Plan was being discussed. This was identified as a gap preventing effective FO/BO syncing. This enhancement should enable more effective syncing between front and back offices.

What is the new feature?

Updated Report to Accommodate Connecticut (CT) Retirement Plan

Why did we do that?

We updated the State Saves Employee List AQ report to accommodate a new CT Savings plan called "My CT Savings."

When run with State set to "CT," the report includes fields specific to the new plan.

What is the new feature?

I-9 Audit Trail Report Update

Why did we do that?

We modified the I-9 Audit Trail report so that it will include data entered in the fields for Additional Information from the I-9.

We also added an option in the report configuration for "Include only I9 with Add'l Info." When Include only I9 with Add'l Info? is set to True, only employees with at least one record in the Additional Information section are displayed in the report.

What is the new feature?

New Report - Illinois Equal Pay Act AQ

What are the benefits?

We created a new report for employers with IL workers, called the IL Equal Pay Act AQ. This will help clients comply with the Equal Pay Registration requirements set by the Illinois Department of Labor.

• The report provides a list of all employees during the 12-month calendar year immediately prior to the application or recertification due date separated by gender, as well as race and ethnicity categories.
  
• The report includes Wage information - wages, salaries, earned commissions, earned bonuses, stocks, and ownership shares. “Wages” does not include the value of retirement benefits, health insurance benefits, or other fringe benefits.

2022 Q2 941 Revisions (Employer's Quarterly Tax Return)

What are the benefits?

We made revisions to the 941 Report based on the latest IRS guidance.

• The current report reflects this guidance, and the previous iteration of the report will be shown as "941 Report 2022 Q1"

We removed the Instant Message feature

Why did we do that?

This feature was not fully functional and having a partial feature was causing confusion and resulting in inquiries.

The Message Center button will no longer be available.

Employee Certification AQ Update

We added Customer Name as a parameter to this AQ.

What are the benefits?

The goal is that the user can run the AQ for a specific customer record and also use the parameter of Certification to see who was assigned at the customer between certain dates. The user can see if the record has a certification or has it missing.

What is the new feature?

Added the ability to unmerge a merged invoice
