If you have saved an Avionté CLASSIC shortcut to your computer desktop, then you need to update the link to continue accessing CLASSIC.
Quick check:
If, when you log on to the CLASSIC platform, you see your username with the extension aviontego.com, you have the correct link. No further action is required.
If your extension is not @aviontego.com, please see the full instructions on how to update your link, changing your Remote Desktop Connection Computer Name to prod-cl-sh.aviontego.com.
The BOLD E-Verify integration now properly supports an additional type of client account setup. A user can now configure multiple E-Verify Company IDs, and have them tied to individual Employers in BOLD. This configuration option prevents users from having to manually update the Company ID value when switching between E-Verify accounts.
As we approach the end of Q2 reference our quick list below of tasks that can completed prior to submitting your filings.
Q2 filings of the 941 should be available for submission via Greenshades the first or second week in July. The IRS made changes to the 941 for Q2 and Greenshades is working on those updates and is pending testing with the IRS.
