What is the new feature? |
We added the ability to access the details of merged invoices beneath the AR Balance module. |
Why did we do that? |
Clients reported that when they merge invoices, they want to be able to access the details of the merged invoice beneath the AR Balance, so that offices and clients are not confused when the clients' merged invoice does not match their internal balance and reports. |
Why does this matter to you, as a client/customer/user? |
The new feature of Merged Invoices will display the details of merged invoices and can be accessed beneath the AR Balance module.
Additionally, the AR Balance screen has a new column available on the grid that indicates if the invoice listed is part of a merged invoice. This will allow the user to identify quickly which of the invoices are in a merged invoice and which are not. |
Now What? |
On Customer > BackOffice Setup > AR Balance - there is a new column "Merged" that indicates if the invoice is part of a merged invoice.
There is a new sub-menu beneath AR Balance called Merged Invoices to display all of the merged invoices.
