Update Email Connection for BOLD and Microsoft 365
Microsoft 365 is moving away from basic authentication to modern authentication. This update is modernizing the email integration and greatly improving security for those of you that leverage Microsoft 365 for your email system connected to BOLD. Please review these next steps for BOLD and Microsoft 365 customers so you can setup the new connection to sync your emails.
Our plan to update is below. You should plan for approximately 1 hour from your IT department to complete the configuration. You will also need to plan communications to your users to complete the process before the end of September.

This proposed rule would create a framework under which the Secretary of Homeland Security could authorize alternatives to the current requirement that employers (or authorized representatives acting on an employer’s behalf) physically examine documentation presented by individuals seeking to establish identity and employment authorization for the purposes of the Form I‑9, Employment Eligibility Verification.
Such alternatives could be put in place through a pilot program, for some or all employers (or authorized representatives acting on an employer’s behalf), or as a temporary measure. This 60‑day comment period will be open until Oct 17.
