How are you managing duplicate candidate profiles in the system?
In other systems, I've been able to "merge" profiles so that all the notes and activities are transferred into 1 primary profile. This is what I would prefer, but I'm not seeing an option for this in Avionte. I only have a Delete option or mark one as Inactive which I've done if there is very little to no additional information on one of the profiles. I don't even see a way to link profiles like you can with contacts.
I'm exploring options. What do you do?

In User Settings in Utilities, do you see "Merge Applicants" under Features? If so, you'll need to check this box. If no, you may need to reach out to your account manager, or put in a support ticket, to have this feature enabled.
Once enabled, it's as easy as choosing a Mass Action from the drop down in Talent Search.
If you pull talent by names
and mark the check mark to the side of the ones you want to merge. Go to mass actions in bottom of right corner
and select merge talent. It will ask for your primary file. It does not merge address or name but merges the other things. Also, it is a permission in user access
If you know the records you need to merge, you can do a candidate search for the name, check the records you need to merge, then do Mass Actions, merge candidates. It will transfer notes over, and allow you to pick the dominate record. The records must be assigned a Branch before the system will allow you to merge.
