We have specific applicant questions we need filled out per job type at the time the applicant applies. We know how to make a Talent Questionnaire but we are unable to compile the results in any sort of spreadsheet unless we click through each applicants profile to get the answers and enter them manually. Does anyone have a work around or suggestion of a different way we can ask candidates a set of 8-10 questions specific to the position they are applying for and have them all download to a spreadsheet format. Our prior ATS had this function. Any advice is appreciated! TIA!

I can't think of a way to do this through Avionte...maybe you can create a questionnaire using Microsoft Forms and send to candidates? We use those forms internally to collect responses in excel format.
Nevermind, I lied! There's a Talent Questionnaires Report that will do this for you!
