Start Sheets going to spam folder

Most of our start sheets for Talent are going to their spam folder. We are using modern Auth through office 365 but these specific emails are the only ones going to spam. I've had a ticket open with support since Monday and still no resolution. Has anyone else experienced this and know of a fix?

  • I am not sure if this may help the issue, but in speaking with our IT company, they advised this may be because of the policy and the way your email is set up. Avionte is sending emails on your behalf, but unless that information is 'published', the receiving email server may automatically flag this email as spam since it is detecting something out of the ordinary. Our IT company has worked with Avionte with other customers of theirs, and they advised: 

    In this case we will need to contact Avionte support and ask them to add "DKIM" signature for the domain of your email. Avionte is using the sendgrid system to spoof your email. Normally, Avionte can provide a CNAME or TXT based DNS record that we can then add to the domain's DNS. Once we get the updated records from avionte support we can move forward on this issue. Please let me know if you would like a phone call to discuss this further or if you need any assistance with avionte support.  

     

    Like I said, I am not sure if this will help! I just copied the email from our IT Co and put it in a ticket. It took a little bit, but Avionte got us the information we needed and our IT Company was able to correctly set up our email.
