Good day - we have a client with 40+ PO #'s each year. Has anyone found a successful way of navigating all the old PO's? It would be really nice if they could be made inactive and I've requested that enhancement, but until then, I can't think of anything other than putting a character in front of the number to make it drop to the bottom.
Any other creative ideas?

Hi Jerome, we also face this issue, the majority of our customers use PO's and it would be great to be able to mark them inactive to be able to use the PO report correctly in the front and back office! I don't have any resolutions to help but I do feel your pain!
We are in the process of transitioning to BOLD and one of our concerns in addition to not being able to mark a PO as inactive is the lack of the ability to enter an expiration date as many of our customers have specific expiration dates regardless of funds available.
We recently completed a project with a client and all of the po's are active. How do we inactivate or close them. We also have expiration dates. What are the options?
We have also requested an enhancement for the PO capabilities; we have not found a good way to manage them at all; not being able to mark them as inactive or set expiration dates is causing some challenges for us and a lot of manual tracking.
