Hard Stops/Flags for answers on Talent Questionnaire

Posting here to inquire if anyone else has a talent questionnaire set up that if answered a certain way would automatically put a flag/status on that candidates profile.

The mapping feature isn't relevant for several of our questions, but triggering a status change or flagging that profile would be a perfect indicator for us.
