I've been experiencing this lag ever since they moved servers last year (I believe). It's essentially doubled the time it takes me to send out invoices, and that's after moving my timecard files to folders specifically designed to reduce the amount of buttons I have to click while attaching timecards.

I have been experiencing this since I started doing it January 2022. My problem mostly is I have to open the invoice to see who the employee is to then attach the correct one. I wish there was a way to see the employee right in the screen with the invoices. After I attach the timecard it takes a couple seconds for it to open again to confirm the attachment.
Tamara, Thank you! I have done the exact same thing. It started for me around last June. Avionte has been working since then on my ticket. I also moved my files to a folder that is quickly accessible to help a little. At least I know I am not alone or going crazy.
Josh, Yes I put in a ticket in June of last year.
Heather, I have my staff name the attachments with the company name so I can easily distinguish which client invoice they need to be attached to. After all are attached, we do a quick review of all invoices to make sure they are all good before emailing out.
We have issues with delays in navigating folders to upload files everywhere in Classic. Examples: attaching time cards, Generic Time Card Imports, Parsing Resumes.

I checked my support tickets and I submitted mine in June, also. It's showing marked as solved though---not sure when/why that happened! But I'm definitely still having this issue! My office roommate knows when I'm doing invoices because I'm always miserable. It's the most mundane task of my week lol. Click. Wait. Click. Wait. Click. Wait. 2 hours later and I'm a zombie!
Tamara - same! I feel like I am going to fall asleep during this process, I get sidetracked so easily when I have to wait!
My original ticket also got closed without being resolved. I created a follow up so they would keep working on it. If you are not careful, their system seem to quickly close out old tickets that haven't had recent activity.
It would also help with efficiency if we could just "drag and drop" the files onto the invoices. Just a suggestion for Avionte development team!
