I would love to hear feedback on how other clients feel the Avionte Texting works for them and also from clients who use the Avionte partner Text-Em-All.
Pro's and Con's of each.
- How are attachments that come in a text handled?
- Can you send out a Text with an attachment or link?
We currently do all our texting through Ring Central and are looking to switch to one of these two options.

We use Avionte Texting, however we found that you cannot receive or send attachments. We did put a ticket in for this and were told that it is not available at this moment. A pro is that when an applicant responds to the text, a note will automatically appear in the file. It is easy to use, and appears as a chat conversation while you are texting back and forth if you are in their file.
One con is that sometimes the email notifying that a text is received is lost in junk mail. Also another con, is that the "call forwarding" option does not work that is listed in the system. We were hoping to enter another number if someone was going on vacation, or just to have a back up so multiple people can see a text come in, especially if an employee is texting they will be out. I put in a ticket for this, and they said that we need to make a rule in Outlook for text messages.
Other than that, it has been a handy tool!
