We have recently migrated to Bold, and are wondering how others are going about adding additional contacts or HCM Users to a sales activity.
Example - Both Matt and Mike are employees of the Staffing Agency and they met with a new client to talk business. When we get back to the office Mike logs the activity but wants to capture that Matt was there too. Instead of adding him and causing a duplicate entry how would you capture it.
We have been using the "@Person's Name" so that both can get credit for the sales call, and not duplicate the logging. Is there a better way?
As well similar to the above but we meet with 2 clients, how would we attach the 2nd contact to the Sales Call so that is logs under them as well, and not cause a duplicate entry.
