we use to use Zapier to take website contacts and move them over to our ATS. Avionte does not have a partnership with them and has told us they do not have a mechanism for this other than paying them a project fee each time to do take our spreadsheet and put it in Avionte. Seems a bit odd to us - - has anyone figured out a way to do this?

Hello Dianne and Milo! I'm glad you bubbled this back up, I wanted to provide some insight here. This is a Technical Services request at Avionté because, in BOLD, a Contact profile must be associated with a Company to be created. Unfortunately, we can't generate a Contact profile without linking it to a Company, so there is a bit more involved.
While there isn't an ideal solution at this time, you can enter a Product Enhancement Request for this to be considered for future release. Though this doesn't guarantee it will be picked up, it's a great way to put it on our team's radar by hearing about it from you!
Thank you for the info Max, if we have a spreadsheet of approximately 3500 contact names with all the require information to be added on to Avionte, how much would the project fee be?

I would discuss your goals here with importing that spreadsheet of ~3500 contacts with your Account Manager. They can help make sure you have all the details you need for a Technical Services ticket, and then TS can scope the project and give you a quote.
