Does anyone else have Google Workspace/Gmail and integrate with Avionte to send mass emails to candidates? We have been with Avionte for just over a year and we are repeatedly wasting so much time trying to figure out if our emails are actually being received by our candidates. If others use Google Workspace and are not having sending or syncing issues then I want to investigate if this is user error on our end. If others are having the same issue, I won't keep investigating internally and assume it is an Avionte/Gmail issue. We use Email Sync and Custom SMTP and as of today, neither of them are working. Any advice? We may have to start exporting email addresses and sending on our own, not sure of a good solution. Very time consuming.

Do you have MFA enabled within Google Workspace? If so make sure you're using an App PW when linking within Avionte.
If not, you need to ensure that you allowing Less secure apps within Gmail prior to trying to sync Gmail to Avionte.
We use a text messaging tool to send mass texts instead of emails, and we've found that works best for reaching out to talent
Thanks Bryan! We do have MFA enabled and we also have created the Avionte app password which I was told will fix that issue with the MFA. It is working again for now. I will suggest to my staff to text. We have recently activated the texting piece so hopefully that will help. Thanks again!
