Weekly DH billing

Has anyone figured out a way to create a template with an ongoing weekly DH flat fee amount?

  • Hi Cindy,

We have a similar line that we call RPO. You need to add a job type of DH-Weekly as a permanent type of order. From there you will be able to set up requirements. You simply need to remember to put the amount under flat fee when placing the employee, and to set the end date to avoid over billing. I hope that helps.

  • Good Morning Matt,

Thanks so much for your help. It should not be this complicated 😉

In the past anytime I have placed anyone on a permanent type of order the billing would only show in the Avionte back-office payroll batch 1 time and then would fall off the following week.

I did not place an end date on the order maybe this is why. You believe if I place an end date going out the contracted time than the billing will show on the payroll batch weekly until that time?

I did set up the DH Weekly as a permanent type of order per your instructions.  Is this how your template is set up?

  • Hi Cindy, everything seems right there. I know we do need to prompt our payroll department to bill the amount on a weekly basis. When you assigned the talent to the order you do need to move the fee to "Flat Rate" I have attached what it looks like from the job screen.

  • Thanks for all your help Matt- I am still not able to create this.

When creating a permanent order of any kind i am not able to enter an end date so the talent only bills 1 week.

    So frustrating ;(

  • Hi Cindy, once you have placed the person on the assignment if you go back into the hiring details and choose an early termination date you should be able to enter the information. Thanks

  • Hi Matt- I am so sorry to keep bugging you, I did try that and when i added the end date it removed the bill rate?

Also if we need to change the end date for any reason I am not able to do so as it is locked. Any suggestions?

  • Only way is to create transactions from assignment in time entry, every week. Sucks...I know. Hope you're doing well! :)

    Thanks,

  • Hi Robyn, thanks to Matthew Pinchuk, I was able to make this happen. I just sent to you a Power Point showing how we are doing this within First Call.
