Migrate Canadian customers to Canadian hosted AWS

We are finding more RFP's are requiring data at rest to reside in Canada.  We are losing out on numerous contracts, and millions of dollars due to Avionte not having Canadian based servers for their Canadian customers.

I can't imagine we are the only Canadian Avionte customer encountering this.  Any other Canucks want to lend their support to this ticket?
