How do we get emergency contact information into employee profiles in BOLD without manually keying it in?

But this coding is not working.

I created a basic emergency contact form as an onboarding task and added those mappings. They work for us! I didn't see them in the link you gave...and I can't remember where I found these!

We have a E-document that captures all this information and puts it in the correction location. I used the following in Adobe sign as the title of the section to be filled in to automatically import the information. The Emergency contact form is now part of our initial onboarding packet of documents sent.
COMPAS_Emergency_Contact_1
COMPAS_Emergency_Phone_1
You can change the "1" to a "2" to capture a second emergency contact. I hope this helps.

All the mappings are in the link provided in the first post. They changes the format of that KB article but the Emergency Contact mappings are under the "Talent Direct Deposit Setup Mappings" section.
