As just one example of how you could put this data to use, the Comprehensive Assignment AQ provides insight into better maintenance for your Worker Comp Codes. If there are assignments that have not used a code for a certain period of time, you can inactivate that WC Code to keep your data clean, easier to pull, and only maintain the rates for active codes.

Most popular question of the training: Is there a way to automate reports?
Answer: This is not an automatic feature in the BO system. If this is something you are interested in, you can create a support ticket and the TS Team can assist you with the set up. This is an added feature though, so it will be billable.
A non-billable method would be to favorite the specific report you would like to run and pull it on a weekly basis, so you have all current and up to date information. Export it to Excel and print or save as needed.
