Hello,
We are using both the "send email" quick action tab and mass email option in Bold. What happens if the email bounces? Is there a report that shows the bounced email? Does it automatically remove the email? I've been using this feature for almost 2 years but have never had a bounced email, which seems strange. I know we don't receive an undeliverable email on our end.

Thanks for reaching out! While there isn't currently any reporting on bounced emails, I would recommend submitting an enhancement request ticket if that's something you're interested in seeing implemented.

Thank you for the reply. I will add it as an enhancement request. If an email does bounce, is the email address removed from the system?
If an email does bounce, it isn't removed from the system. This is because usually, bounces are not incorrect emails, but rather something on the recipient side blocking receipt. This could be anything from them marking something as spam previously, a false positive on spam, etc.
