Email Resumes for Talent Profile Identification - Change Default Status

We are beginning to use the emailed resume to talent profile creation process described in the link below:

Does anyone know how to change the default talent status that is selected? Currently it defaults to 'Incomplete Application' but we use an alternative status for resumes received/processed in this manner and would like to point the status to a more appropriate one.
