Not where it would populate in the job notes by default. The only thing we've found is in the template name, but that doesn't hold everything needed.
I submitted an enhancement request back in August to add Job Notes to Custom Job Order Templates, so this is currently on the back log for future consideration. If you submit a ticket for this as well the priority may increase.
