These reports help you track compensation types eligible for new federal tax deductions (2025-2028) - specifically the "premium" portion of FLSA overtime and cash tips in Treasury-designated occupations. If your agency processes these types of pay, these reports can help you provide accurate information to employees for tax filing purposes.
OB3 includes two reports designed specifically for tax season preparation:
OBBB Qualified Tips Report – Track all paid tip wages by employee over any date range. Choose detailed views with job information or simplified summaries depending on what you need. Learn more about the Qualified Tips Report
OBBB Qualified Overtime Premium Report – Generate overtime wage information filtered by company, employee, date range, and pay code types. Available in both detailed and summary formats. Learn more about the Qualified Overtime Premium Report
Both reports help you provide employees with accurate wage information for tax filing and income verification purposes.
