Hey everyone!
Has anyone else been playing around with the AI-generated interview scripts yet? I've been digging into this feature and I'm honestly blown away.
Here's what it does:
Our product team shared a demo of this feature, and the results speak for themselves. The AI pulls from the job requirements AND the candidate's background and generates a full interview script on the spot. We're talking 8 different categories covering technical skills, cultural fit, work history, motivation, availability, behavioral competencies, problem-solving, and career goals.
The best part?
You're not stuck with what it gives you! You can edit questions to match your style, delete ones that didn't fit, or add more questions to any section you want to dig deeper on. And if you prefer full control, you can still build your own scripts using the Talent Questionnaire feature instead.
During the interview
Keep the script open and type your notes right into each question as you go. No more scrambling to write everything down on paper or switching between screens!
And THEN... the AI summary
After the interview, the system generates a comprehensive summary automatically pulling all your notes together into a cohesive narrative. You review it, make any edits you need, and finalize it. Complete, structured documentation in a fraction of the time.
And here's something clients are loving...
My product manager shared this capability with me and mentioned it's one of the things clients are loving the most right now. Once your interview script is ready, you can export it as a PDF and share it directly with hiring managers or keep it on file for your records. Such a simple thing, but it makes collaboration so much smoother, especially when your hiring manager isn't logging into the platform.
Quick tips if you're trying this:
The AI pulls from both the job description and the candidate's profile, so make sure those are filled out. You can use AI scripts alongside the traditional questionnaire-based scripts, which are still great for compliance. Everything saves right in the candidate's profile so your whole team can see it. And you can find the whole thing in the new Interviews section right on the talent profile in BOLD.
Anyone else using this? What's your experience been? I'm curious if people are sticking with traditional questionnaires or jumping on the AI bandwagon!
