What is the improvement?

We've enhanced the job update process for 24/7 Work distributed jobs with seamless modification capabilities:

  1. Real-time job updates can now be processed while distribution is active
  2. Proactive warnings alert users when changes will impact talent matching
  3. Automatic redistribution ensures all qualified talent receive updated notifications
  4. Eliminated "failed sync" conditions and error states for a smoother user experience
  5. Simplified distribution badges have replaced the previous WorkN Sync status with clear 24/7 Work distribution indicators

All job modifications are now processed intelligently, eliminating previous limitations around updating jobs during active distribution cycles. The previous WorkN Sync status has been amended to a 24/7 Work distribution badge that provide clearer visibility into the distribution process.

 

Why?

Job details often need to be updated quickly to reflect changing business needs, client requirements, or market conditions. Previously, users had to wait for distribution cycles to complete before making modifications, causing delays in critical job updates. Additionally, the former WorkN Sync badges and failed sync error conditions created confusion and workflow interruptions. These enhancements allow you to:

  • Make immediate updates to job postings regardless of distribution status
  • Understand the impact of changes before they're implemented
  • Ensure all qualified talent receive current job information automatically

Direct Equifax I-9 Dashboard Access - 06/20/2025

What is the improvement?

Equifax Users can now access the Equifax I-9 Dashboard directly from the Account & Settings dropdown menu, eliminating the multi-step navigation previously required through myDashboard and the Onboarding Tasks widget.

Why?

  • Workflow Efficiency: The previous access path required users to navigate through myDashboard → Onboarding Tasks widget, creating unnecessary clicks and potential confusion about where to find this critical compliance tool.
  • Frequent Use Case: I-9 management is a daily operational need for HR teams, making quick access essential for maintaining compliance workflows and productivity.
  • User Experience: Places the Equifax dashboard alongside other primary system functions in the Account & Settings menu, matching user expectations for where important tools should be located.

24/7 Lockout Alert - 06/16/2025


🚀 What's New

What is the improvement?

  • Enhanced security protection has been implemented. After 5 consecutive failed login attempts, user accounts will be automatically locked and require a password reset to regain access.

Why did we do this?

  • Improved Security: This proactive security measure protects user accounts from malicious login attempts and unauthorized access, ensuring better data protection for both clients and talent users.
  • Account Protection: By implementing automatic lockout after multiple failed attempts, we prevent bad actors from repeatedly trying to guess passwords while maintaining legitimate user access.

How does this impact you?

  • Users who enter incorrect passwords 5 times consecutively will need to reset their password to regain account access.
  • After using the "Forgot Password" feature, users will have one attempt to login with their new password. If that attempt fails, the account will be locked again and require another password reset.
  • This cycle continues - each password reset provides only one login attempt before potential lockout.
  • This security enhancement helps protect your organization's data and user accounts from potential security threats.

     

Availability/Impact:

  • These features are available to all 24/7 customers. Users experiencing account lockouts will need to follow the password reset process to regain access.

BOLD / 24/7 | Talent-Viewable Questionnaires - 06/13/2025


🚀 What's New

What is the improvement?

HCM Users can now make completed questionnaires visible to talent by toggling "Talent Viewable" to "Show" during questionnaire configuration. Talent can then access PDF copies through Talent Portal > Profile > Documents. Talent 
 
Questionnaire visibility only applies to Questionnaires toggled to Show moving forward and will not make historically completed Questionnaires visible.

  • If the toggle is set to Hide, Talent will not be able to see the questionnaire after completion.
  • Note - By default, Questionnaires are set to Hide and require a Utilities Admin to toggle to Show per Questionnaire.

If a Questionnaire contains scoring, a Talent will not see score details on their version of the PDF (whereas the HCM User viewing the PDF from Talent record > Documents would be able to see score details).

24/7 | Timesheet Manager in Mobile - 06/13/2025

  • Mobile Web Timesheet View: Streamlined mobile specifically designed for timesheet entry, offering a focused and user-friendly experience optimized for mobile devices.
  • Quick Time Entry: Talent can now enter, review, and submit their timesheets directly through the app without requiring the full desktop experience.

  • These features are available to all 24/7 customers. User Interface updates are dependent on the end user having the most recent version of the application on their device. Configurable updates to the time display and ability for talent to cancel their own shifts will require a Support ticket.

BOLD | Reset Talent MFA Factor from the Talent Profile - 06/05/2025


🚀 What's New

What is the improvement?

We've simplified the process of resetting a talent's MFA factor by adding the reset button and functionality to the Talent Profile via the edit of the profile widget.

   

Why?

When MFA is enabled for Talent within Bold, they will be prompted to add an MFA factor upon the next login to the Bold Talent Portal (such as receiving MFA codes via SMS using their mobile phone).

Once configured, subsequent logins to the Bold Talent Portal will require the MFA code that will be sent automatically to the Talent's mobile phone via SMS.

In the event a Talent's phone number changes, they may contact the staffing agency to reset their MFA factor, so when they login next it will ask them to enter a new phone number to be used for sending of the SMS containing their MFA authentication code.

This new enhancement will allow recruiters to quickly reset the MFA factor in the same way and location they currently reset a Talent's password instead of navigating to the User Records, searching for the talent, editing their user profile, and clicking the MFA Reset button. 


How does this impact you?

  • Bold customers enabling Talent MFA should find this a more efficient means of accessing the MFA Reset functionality
  • Users will still be required to have the "MFA Admin" user setting enabled to access this additional means of resetting the MFA factor for talent users.
  • This MFA Factor reset functionality will still be available under the User Records profile edit, in addition to being added to the talent profile.
