What is the improvement?
Enhanced duplicate detection logic for WebApply API submissions that uses a more comprehensive matching algorithm: (First Name OR Last Name) + (Email Address OR Mobile Phone) = Duplicate. When duplicates are found, WebApply activities are written to ALL matching talent profiles without overwriting existing profile information. The existing talent profile will not have any changes made to it, ensuring an application will not overwrite existing data when applying via the WebApply API.
Why?
The previous duplicate check only used email address, which was insufficient for catching actual duplicates who might use different emails or provide phone numbers instead. The enhanced logic reduces false duplicate profiles while ensuring legitimate applications are still captured as activities on existing profiles.

- Recruiters/Users: Cleaner talent database with fewer duplicate profiles and better visibility of all application attempts across matching profiles
- Applicants: Their application activities are properly recorded even when the system detects them as existing talent, maintaining application history

What is the improvement?
Customize how jobs appear in Avionté 24/7 WORK independently from BOLD with new Job Title and Primary Job Description options. A new "Job Title" field in the Job Distribution widget allows specification of external-facing titles for talent viewing jobs through 24/7 WORK, while a new "Primary" toggle in the Job Description widget designates which description appears in the mobile app.
This provides the same customization control for 24/7 WORK that already exists for external job boards, ensuring talent see appropriate, market-facing job information while internal BOLD tracking maintains operational titles and descriptions.
Why?
Internal job titles and descriptions often differ from what should be presented to talent in the marketplace. Organizations may use detailed internal classifications like "Warehouse Associate - Level 2 - Night Shift" for tracking purposes, while preferring simplified external titles like "Warehouse Worker" for talent-facing communications.
By enabling separate mobile-specific job content, recruiters can maintain detailed internal records while presenting clear, market-appropriate job information to talent through 24/7 WORK, improving the application experience and job clarity.
How does this impact you?
For All Users:
When editing jobs distributed to 24/7 WORK, customize the mobile-specific title and description to control how jobs appear to talent in the mobile app.
New Features Available:
- Job Title Field: Located in the Job Distribution widget, specify an alternate title for 24/7 WORK display
- Primary Description Toggle: Flag which job description should appear in 24/7 WORK using the new toggle in the Job Description widget
- Independent Control: Internal BOLD titles and descriptions remain separate from mobile-facing content
- Consistent Experience: Align 24/7 WORK job presentation with external job board customization capabilities
Using Mobile Job Customization:
- Edit a job in BOLD
- In the Job Distribution widget, enter your desired external-facing title in the Job Title field
- In the Job Description widget, enable the Primary toggle on the description you want talent to see in 24/7 WORK
- Save the job - the customized title and description will appear in 24/7 WORK while BOLD maintains your internal versions
Note: If no Job Title is specified, 24/7 WORK will display the standard BOLD job title. If no description is toggled as "Primary," the system will use the existing job description behavior.
Job Title field available for what will appear in 24/7. If left blank, this defaults to the BOLD Job Title.
Primary toggle available for determining which job description is used in 24/7.

Jobs:
- You can now see your undistributed jobs in the 24/7 Schedule page of the 24/7 Portal.
- There is a tab to show/hide undistributed jobs, defaulted to OFF.

Schedules:
- Users can now create jobs in BOLD without days or times provided.
- Jobs without time provided will display in the schedule and to talent in mobile as an all day event for the relevant days
- Jobs without days provided will display in the schedule and to talent in mobile as a single all-day event on the start date with "Varies" noted in the time field.

Placements:
- All Talent placed on jobs will receive placement notifications regardless of distribution choice on the job in BOLD.
- Talent will receive messages notifying them of placement, changes and cancellations of their active placements in the app, regardless of distribution choice on the job in BOLD.
Why?
- Previously, recruiters could only see jobs and placements in the 24/7 portal if that job had been distributed through 24/7. This led to confusion on schedules between jobs that had been distributed and jobs that hadn't been distributed. Now all job and placement data is visible to recruiters in the 24/7 portal.
- Previously, recruiters could not send different job type or schedule types to the mobile app. Now any type of job or schedule is supported.
- Previously, Talent could only see their placements for jobs that had been distributed through 24/7. This created confusion for the talent when only part of their placements were visible. Now talent can see all of their placements and be notified of their placement changes.
- Previously, talent could only be presented job opportunities with a full schedule. Now, they can see job opportunities with any schedule data.
How does this impact you?
- Undistributed jobs appear in a "paused" state in 24/7 Portal and are not visible to talent or seen by talent in Opportunities.
- A new tab allows you to show/hide undistributed jobs in the 24/7 Schedule (set to "hide" by default).
- No notifications regarding the job opportunity being distributed are sent to Talent for a Paused job. However, any Talent assigned in BOLD will have the job on their work schedule in the 24/7 app.

The 24/7 portal Schedule has Paused as part of the Legend. By default, Paused jobs are hidden.
Toggling the Show/Hide Paused icon reveals/hides any Paused jobs on the Schedule.

E-Verify and Consent Search Terms | Search Enhancement - Live

What is the improvement?
Enhanced Talent Search now includes two new search parameters to improve compliance workflows and talent filtering capabilities.
Additional Search Parameters:

E-Verify Search Enhancement - Search by exact Case Number or Date Range when using the "E-Verify" search term. The E-Verify search term includes the options for Case Number, Select a Code Status, and Select Date Range.
- New "Consent" Search Term - Filter talent based on their consent preferences for receiving important communications and year-end tax forms electronically, including email, text messaging, and electronic tax form delivery (W-2, 1095-C, 1099).
User will not be able to click Done until they make at least one selection.
Why?
These enhancements streamline compliance and communication workflows by making it easy to identify talent who have provided necessary consents for electronic delivery of tax forms and other important communications, while also improving E-Verify case tracking and reporting. This helps ensure you're communicating with talent through their preferred and approved channels while maintaining compliance with consent requirements and government reporting needs.
How does this impact you?
For users with the Avionté Back Office integration: Navigate to Talent Search and select the new "Consent" search term to filter talent based on their consent preferences. The available options that display are based on Back Office system flags that are enabled by Account Management (such as separate permissions for 1095-C and 1099 forms). Note that you must make at least one selection before you can click Done.
For users with E-Verify integration or Equifax Workforce Solutions I-9: Use the enhanced "E-Verify" search term to search by exact Case Number or Date Range, with options for Case Number, Select a Code Status, and Select Date Range.
These enhancements streamline year-end tax form distribution, ensure compliant communication, and improve E-Verify case management by making it easy to identify talent who have provided specific consent preferences and track E-Verify cases more effectively.

Enhanced Timesheet Access: We've introduced direct timesheet access within the mobile app for jobs configured with BOLD Timesheets time capture method. When talent tap the new "Timesheet" button, they'll access BOLD's comprehensive timesheet functionality through a seamless web overlay—eliminating the need to separately visit the BOLD Talent portal. This enhancement supports both daily and weekly timesheet configurations based on your job requirements.

Bug Fixes: We've resolved several critical issues across both iOS and Android platforms:
- Eliminated Blank Notifications: Fixed issue where users received empty notifications in their notification history when Interest or Offer jobs were updated or cancelled
- Cancelled Job Notification Fix: Resolved problem where iOS users continued receiving push notifications for jobs that had been cancelled before their scheduled start time
- SmartLinks Button Responsiveness: Fixed unresponsive home screen buttons that should navigate to SmartLink URLs on Android
- Hours Assignment Display: Android users can now view their punch times and hours worked directly in the app
