The AllowUserOverrideLocalTax property controls whether a user can override local taxes when setting up employee payroll. This option is shown in the article Employee Payroll - Tax – Avionte Classic.

| Valid values: | True: The user can Override Local Taxes by selecting the checkbox, when creating additional taxes in Employee Payroll. |
| False: Checkbox is disabled and users are not allowed to create additional taxes where local tax rates are overridden. | |
