[Admin Portal (CLASSIC)] DRAFT: Job Board XML Feed

Avionté enables an order's data to be published in the form of an XML feed (sometimes referred to as an RSS feed), which is then used by an external job board or social media site like Facebook or Twitter. Frequently, Avionté customers have a custom job board aside from the job board provided by Avionté. The XML feed is used to provide Avionté order data to the custom job board. 

While Avionté supplies an order XML feed out of Avionté, each customer is responsible for configuring how the landing site (custom job board, social media site, etc.) accesses the feed. Note that some sites, including Facebook, do not offer direct access for XML feeds. However, a variety of XML access tools (i.e. zapier or dlvr.it) are available to connect a feed to a landing site. 

Note: An XML Feed option is not currently available for the Aero job board.

Job Board XML Feed

1. Log into your company's Admin Portal
   
   
2. Select Feeds Settings from the menu on the left-hand side of the page
   
   
3. Select View XML from the right-hand side of the grid.
   
   
   
4. Copy the URL of the XML page. 
   
   
   The XML URL will be used by a web developer to pull data from Avionté.
   
   
5. In the Admin Portal, select Portal Property from the menu on the left-hand side of the page 
   
   
6. Select Applicant from the Portals drop-down menu.
   
   
7. Select Web_Job_Board_Detail_Page from the Property options.
   
   
8. Verify the link to the Avionté job board is correct.
