Understanding This Report

What This Report Shows You

The Enhanced Comprehensive Job Report displays a complete record for every job order, with each row representing one job. Columns span company and employer details, job specifications, worksite information, pay and bill rates, purchase order and billing data, fill performance metrics, and job board posting status. This gives your team a single view of everything that matters for a job order, from the moment it's entered through its current fill status.

Why Use This Report

This report helps you answer critical questions about your job order pipeline:

  • Which job orders currently have the highest or lowest fill ratio?
  • How many open positions exist by company, office, or region?
  • What is the current status of jobs across a specific date range?
  • Which jobs carry the highest bill rates or markup percentages?
  • How long, on average, does it take to fill a job order?
  • Which companies have the most active job orders right now?
  • Which jobs are posted to external job boards, and where?
  • How much remains on a job's purchase order?

Staffing Managers: Monitor pipeline health, track fill ratios, and confirm job orders are being filled on schedule across every branch and region.
