The Table Editor Details Report lists every category and sub-category configured in the Table Editor — including each item’s source ID, parent, type, sort order, and archived status. Use it to audit your Table Editor setup, confirm the exact source IDs behind a custom list, and identify archived items still referenced elsewhere.

Understanding This Report

What This Report Shows You

The Table Editor Details Report displays one row per sub-category item configured in the Table Editor, across every category (Talent, Company, Contact, Job, Misc, and Opportunity). Each row shows the item’s source ID, whether it’s a system or custom default, its parent (if one exists), its display text, type, sort order, and whether it’s archived.

Why Use This Report

This report helps you answer questions such as:

  • What source ID is behind a specific Table Editor item?
  • Which items in a category or sub-category are custom versus system default?
  • Which items have been archived, and are any of them still referenced elsewhere?
  • What is the configured display order for items in a sub-category?

Who Benefits From This Report

System Administrators: Audit Table Editor configuration, confirm source IDs when troubleshooting, and manage archived items.

Operations/Data Teams: Verify sub-category setup (parent/child relationships, sort order) before making configuration changes.

Using Filters

Filters appear on the right side of your screen and let you narrow results to the category and sub-category most relevant to your analysis. All filters default to include all available data when you first open the report.

Available Filters

Filter Name What It Does When to Use It
Category Filters items by their Table Editor category (e.g., Talent, Company, Contact, Job, Misc, Opportunity) Use to focus on Table Editor items within one category
Sub Category Filters items by sub-category; the available options depend on the Category selected Use to drill down to a specific sub-category’s items (for example, Category = Talent, Sub Category = Talent Tags)

Applying Your Filter Selections

  1. Click on the edit icon next to any filter name to expand it
  2. Make your selections by checking boxes or choosing from dropdowns
  3. Click Apply to update the report with your filtered view
  4. Click Cancel to discard changes and return to the previous filter state

Reading the Data

Each row in the Table Editor Details Report represents a single sub-category item. Filter to a Category and Sub Category to review the full configuration for that list.

Field Descriptions

Field Name Description
Category The sub-category’s name (for example, Talent Tags)
Source ID The unique identifier for the item in the source system
Custom/System Default Indicates whether the item is a System Default or a Custom Default
Parent The parent category or item, if one exists
Item Text The display text for the sub-category item
Type The item type for the sub-category item
Order The configured display order for the sub-category item, if one exists
Archived Whether the item is archived (Yes/No)

Practical Applications

Use the Table Editor Details Report as your go-to reference when troubleshooting a Table Editor list or preparing a configuration change — filter to the Category and Sub Category in question to see every item’s source ID, parent relationship, and sort order in one place. It’s also useful for a periodic cleanup pass: filter by Archived to review what’s been retired and confirm nothing still in active use was archived by mistake.

Exporting Your Data

Export your report data to share with stakeholders, perform additional analysis, or maintain records outside of Avionté.

  1. Apply any filters you want reflected in your export
  2. Click the three-dot menu icon (⋮) in the top right corner of the report area

Note: Your export will include only the data visible based on your current filter selections. To export the full Table Editor configuration, ensure all filters are set to include all before downloading.

Additional Export Options

The three-dot menu also provides options to repeat rows (useful for printing), merge rows, and other display customizations. These settings affect how your report appears on screen and in exports.
