In Classic we used recruited by on the GP report to see how many people/hours/billing and gross profit each staffing professional was responsible for. That is not working now with BOLD. We have had tickets in and closed and in again on and off since we went live.
Do any of you have a way to see individuals performance? I know how to see the interviews and such but we measure assigned performance.

Not sure if this helps, but have you used the Commission Split AQ from Back Office? After placing the talent I'm splitting the commission allocation between the Sales Representative and the "Assignment Filled By". This report helps me track each Recruiter's Sales and GP. Hope this helps for you.
I have never seen this. It is not listed in All Reports
If you're looking for an AQ, you'll need to search All or All Advanced Queries.
I use Commission Split Report weekly for this, but we don't split commissions. The Commission Split AQ is definitely better for split commissions. We did split commissions for a brief period, but the Commission Split Report would assign 100% of an employee to the first commission user listed, rendering it ineffective (This may be fixed by now--I had put in a ticket on this almost 2 years ago I think. We no longer had need for this so I never followed up).
If you cannot find the Commission Split AQ in Back Office under "All" or "All Advanced Queries" you, or your Admin, will need to give you access in Admin Tools > Reports.
HI Tamara, what report are you currently using now for Commission allocations and where does this information pull from in BOLD?
I have just learned that our Gross profit report is not pulling in the new clients the BDMs have gained since going live with BOLD>
Our migration specialist told us that we should use the commision allocation to keep track of KPIS but this is impossible to do if 100% of true $ commission goes to the BDM.
