We run the Hiring History, Starts, recruiting Advanced Stats, and Sales Activities reports more than any. We get most of our metrics out of these.

This is an issue for us too. We had to create a VMS calculator to manually determine the bill rate that we need to enter in Avionte so it matches the VMS invoice. A lot of unnecessary work indeed.

We are using BOLD advanced searches the most. We were super excited about the Auto Match but we have a lot to clean up in talent records before this tool can be effective for us.
