Best Practice for differentiating new talent Vs Rehire

We prefer to compare how many talent come to each branch on a weekly basis that are new hire /vs rehire. We use to be able to differentiate this in Avionte Classic by pulling the Interview  date report. Any suggestions in BOLD?

    I wonder if an Activity will help you.  I wonder if you will achieve your goal by having an Activity for New Hire and Activity for Rehire.  Then you can run your Analyze > Recruiter Advanced Stats report for each Activity.

  • Hi Jacqueline, thankyou that may work if Avionte can get the Recruiter Advanced Stats report funnctioning properly. 

    I have been able to pull the report for view once in the last 13 days the rest of the time i get an error occured trying to process your report. Avionte support has been notified. Do you get these errors as I seem to get them quite often when trying to pull reports.

  • I have not gotten the error when running this particular report but yesterday I got error out when running a different one.  I'm not sure if this has something to do with your issue, but I have noticed that the system performs better with smaller reports.  I try to limit, when possible, by parameters.

  • Thanks Jacqueline, I do try as well to limit the parameters on any BOLD report however i run into similiar issues with all.

  • It may be that you have too many widgets on your home page. If you have too many, it takes up a lot of resources, which can cause your reports not to run and other slowed down functionality throughout BOLD. 🤷‍♀️
