In case you missed it, I wanted to highlight two important updates that can help you stay informed and prepared as we head into year-end.

New Bi-Weekly Product Release Schedule

As of this month, we've updated how we deliver new features and enhancements to your Avionté platform. All product releases now follow a bi-weekly Thursday schedule, giving you a more predictable and consistent experience.

Here's how it works:

• Scheduled Releases: Updates go live every other Thursday
• Two Weeks' Notice: Release notes are posted at least 14 days before new functionality becomes available
• Clear Visibility: Our Release Management page shows what's Coming Soon and what's already Live
• BOLD Bulletin: Our weekly client email highlights all upcoming and recent releases

Critical updates—such as compliance or security changes—will always be addressed promptly, even between scheduled releases.

This predictable schedule helps your team plan ahead, adopt new features faster, and reduce surprises. With two weeks' notice and full visibility into upcoming releases, you'll have more control over how and when updates impact your workflows.

What You Can Do: Bookmark the Release Management page to stay informed about upcoming enhancements. Share updates with your team so everyone knows what's coming. You'll even find an embedded calendar on the monthly BOLD Release Notes, as seen here in November 2025!
